Yellow faced off against White tonight with each team capturing one point. A really heartbreaker for Yellow as White Mike sneeks away from yellow defense to find a perfect ball from White Nick to tie the game 4 to 4 with 10 seconds left on the clock. Mike had a real quality game with 3 goals. (One of three hattricks in the Temisl this week. --- Gary from Blue and Trevor from Yellow also netted 3 goals a piece.)
Yellow Scoring
Trevor 3 goals, Dean, Hans assist, one unassisted.
Gary assisted from Hans
The game was a little more chippy than I personally like with numerous argued plays where both sides were equally fowled --- however one side a bit more than the other --- I will let the reader decide who fouled more (... err.. ehmm White!!!) .
Yellow Paul from behind hit on White Ticha was clearly a poor foul but Yellow Paul acknowledged straight away. White Gerrard (The Mauler), on the other hand, clearly fouled several Yellow players but without a ref these went unpunished. One particular play comes to mind --- Dean finds himself free at the top of the box when The Mauler tackles him American Style Football --- Dean picking black tire bits from the turf out of his teeth --- some how no foul and game plays on ---- I mean really come on!!!!!
From Yellow Trevor was exemplary despite the beating he took from White every time he carried the ball. 3 goals --- 2 were from a couple of errand passes from White were Trevor finished nicely --- 1 assist from yours truly in a text book execution of a give go inside White's half. Gary F's goal is also worthy of mention as he carefully dribbled down the touch line to the near post to expertly shoot off the white defender coming to back to close the gap. Gary showed great composure under a lot of white traffic.
From White Mike was exemplary --- late to the game made a huge impact upon arrival. Moves continuously.. always looking to advance the ball on the opponents net at pace and clearly finishes well as this game demonstrates. Tytus, the polish prince, also displayed quality. Always handling the ball well, always a threat, always creating chances.
In the post game press conference --- 3 captains agreed --- that from this point forward --- when there is a dispute about the call the --- captains (or delegate) will meet at center to jointly call the play. We need the 4th captain and 2 conveyors to ratify this decision and we should be able to carry forward next week with a more quality match.
my best,
Captain Hans
Team Yellow

Hey Hans,
Great report... If comments are welcome, then I have a few... I guess we share the passion for my team... You really like my boys.... I like them too... There are a few explanations for the passionate game yesterday... here's my version:
Love triangles dominated the game last night... one of my boys (Tytus) likes one of your boys (Treva)... Now... Gerardo vehemently wanted to express his affection and wedge in... Treva denied it, so he went somewhere else... Dean was at the top of the box, and a tackle happened... All I saw was a little body contact... but all in good spirits... it's a contact sport (sometimes a collision sport)... if they were ballroom dancing, Gerardo would have been out of line.
I saw no deliberate fouls on any side (including Paul's on me... I never called it for the same reason)... puling jerseys here and there... yes... shielding the ball - I saw that... It was a high powered game, frustration in the air...but no-one was out of line.
I do not usually argue anyone's call for a foul (whether I agree with it or not)... you or your guys just have to call it. I will also make sure my boys follow the same rules in the future.
Cheers mate
P.S. Not winning last night must have been tough, but remember, you didn't lose either.... here's a suggestion for you... If Tytus and Treva take showers together... Gerardo and Dean may try feeding each other chicken wings next Friday.. You and I can try practice tai-chi (or yoga on Sundays... once the ankle swelling comes down after Friday games) to achieve a zen-like mind... few breathing exercises I can recommend.
P.P.S. I assure you... if Mike was fit 100%, he would have scored another 3 goals last night... I believe he was all fired up to finally play against the yellow team since that cold December night (you know what I'm talking about here)... If I was fit 100% too, he would have topped it with additional 3 goals.... Maybe next time.
